Why not go the whole Hogget and enjoy our delicious free range, herb grazed premium lamb. Born the previous spring, Hogget will be available once it has spent a summer and winter grazing a range of beneficial botanicals from our herbal pastures.
Considered by many to be the premium lamb. The extra growing time allows a much fuller flavour to develop and more meat on the bone. What's more, it will happily fit into only two drawers of your average freezer even though it is 25Kg minimum.
We take payment at the time of ordering to keep things simple. If you should need to amend your order at a later date your payment will be adjusted accordingly.
