Customer Service
Please expect there to be some. As a small family producer we will strive to offer individual customer service that is friendly, efficient and only too happy to help (we apologise in advance for any phone calls answered by our monosyllabic teenage son).
Ordering
Orders can only be processed once payment has been made in full.
Orders containing perishable goods can only be delivered within the UK (please see delivery page).
None perishable goods can be sent overseas. Cost of postage will be dealt with on an individual basis.
Acceptance
The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 7 days after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected. (This does not however affect the customers statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, Herb Majesty shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date.
Our site changes regularly
We aim to update our site regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. We reserve the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of an increase in the postage prices. Orders made prior to price changes will be honoured at the point of sale price.
