Truly Free range, dry cured Ham from our rare breed pigs. Herb Majesty pigs are free to root and roll all summer long. Not just grass fed but whey, milk and apple fed which combine to make our ham noticeably creamy and full of flavour, unlike anything you can buy in the shops. Hand turned everyday in a dry cure. Hams are frozen once cured to maintain quality.... Happy Christmas every one!
