Raised in small flocks through the summer months our chickens enjoy lush pasture, bugs, seeds and a host of natural and cultivated herbs in their own dedicated chicken garden.
Using the medicinal properties of herbs we can avoid the use of antibiotics and hormones for our birds.
Pasture-raised chicken contains 50 percent more vitamin A and significantly higher amounts of omega-3 fatty acids compared to conventionally raised chicken. Herbs and sunshine combine to create a wonderful flavour and succulent meat, full of natures nutraceuticals.
