Half herb grazed mutton. Not easily found in the UK today but in support of the Mutton Renaissance Campaign we are happy to keep lamb for two years in order for it to develop a much fuller flavour and richer meat. The sweetest, most beautiful meat we have so far raised has been mutton. It's about time this flavoursome meat is a British staple once again. If a half is too much please contact us as individual joints are available.
We take payment at the time of ordering to keep things simple. If you should need to amend your order at a later date your payment will be adjusted accordingly.
