Free Range Herb Grazed Christmas Turkeys 2026
Our beautiful Herb grazed bronze turkeys are hand raised on pastures at Shires Farm, North Yorkshire. Fed on a natural diet of grass and ten different fresh herbs daily to create a truly delicious bird with moist, nutritious, succulent meat. The improvement in taste is particularly noticeable when the meat is cold, for that all important turkey sandwich. Truly Free range and free from antibiotics, hormones and pesticides as nature intended.
The birds are dry plucked to give the finest finish and hang for a minimum of 10 days to provide a fuller flavoured, firmer textured meat.
Herb Fed bronze turkeys are individually boxed, hand finished and arrive with vacuum packed giblets (included in weight), a packet of fresh herbs, Blackthorn Salt, cooking instructions and a recipe for the ‘Perfect Christmas stuffing’ all bundled up in our much loved, Herb Majesty Hemp shopper.
This year we are delighted to be able to offer a range of smaller turkey joints including crowns and boned and rolled breast joints.
No Turkey feast would be complete without our delicious Christmas trimmings and succulent dry cured Hams which can all be added to your order.

Hams and lamb can be collected/couriered with your turkey order if you already have one so no need to add additional shipping costs.
We take payment at the time of ordering to keep things simple. If you should need to amend your order at a later date your payment will be adjusted accordingly.
