Half a free range, herb grazed Hogget. Is a lamb over a year old but under two years. Born in the previous spring, a Hogget will have spent a summer and winter grazing a range of beneficial botanicals from our herbal pastures. Considered by many to be the premium lamb meat. The extra growing time allows the meat to develop a more rounded flavour as well as providing more meat on the bone. What's more, it will happily fit into only one drawer of your average freezer.
We take payment at the time of ordering to keep things simple. If you should need to amend your order at a later date your payment will be adjusted accordingly.
